One of XIaomi’s most innovative till date – the Xiaomi Mi Mix may just be getting a sucessor soonest .The Xiaomi mi mix though still exclusive to China according to our source may be getting updated to include a higher screen-to-body ratio .
The existence of a device dubbed Xiaomi Mi Mix II was first teased by Xiaomi CEO , Lei Jun , who through his official Weibo page revealed some vital information about the Mi Mix II, the successor of the Mi Mix.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix II which may see the light of the day before the year end will will be designed by Philippe Starck, the same Man behind the design of the base Xiaomi Mi Mix .
The Xiaomi Mi Mix II phonereporters gathered will come with a screen that extends through the whole of the its front without a physical buttons , similar to the rumored iPhone 8.
For the uninformed , the Xiaomi Mi Mix which now seems to be a model for other phone makers was announced along with Mi Note 2 back in 2016 with a bezel-less design . It highlights a large 6.4-inch (2040 x 1080 pixels) full HD screen with whopping 91.3% screen-to-body ratio and ceramic body.
The phone also discarded the earpiece in favor of an ultrasonic technology and Cantilever piezoelectric ceramic acoustic system .
