Xiaomi might have just updated its Mi Mix lineup with the ambitious Mi Mix Alpha, but that isn’t the real successor to the Mi Mix 3 as rumored. Gizchina reported last week that a Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is in fact in the works, and maybe launching soon, and that appears to have been confirmed today.
While Xiaomi has yet to issue official confirmation about the Mix Mix 4, e-commerce retail Jingdong (JD) has listed the smartphone on its platform, though with no precise details.
As per the listing, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 will come in both 4G and 5G variants, perhaps with the SD 855+ at its center. Aside from that, the listing also says the Xiaomi will be asking 9,999 Yuan in exchange for the device, but that’s likely just a placeholder. Official pricing and rollout details might not be revealed until its official announcement. And speaking of the launch date, there are speculations the brand will be unveiling the Mix 4 later in October at a launch event in China.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 specs
As per latest revelations, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 much like the Mi Mix Alpha will feature a 108MP camera sensor, while there are also rumors that the device might feature a waterfall display with a very high screen-to-body ratio, but not the wrap-around display found in the Mi Mix Alpha.
