Supposed Nokia 3310 (2017) 3G Variant clears FCC

It appears like we’ll be seeing a refresh of the Nokia 3310 2017 pretty soon , just as a new unannounced  Nokia device has just been cleared  by the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) .

Though not much of the device is known at the moment , available information reveals the device in question is  3G enabled and comes with model  TA-1036, and is likely to be the 3G variant of the Nokia 3310 (2017). Recall that the  Nokia 3310 (2017) code name is TA-1030 .

Information available on FCC indicates the Nokia 3310 3G version will under listed 2G/3G bands in the US:

GSM850: 824.2 MHz ~ 848.8 MHz

GSM1900: 1850.2 MHz ~ 1909.8 MHz

WCDMA Band II: 1852.4 MHz ~ 1907.6 MHz

WCDMA Band V: 826.4 MHz ~ 846.6 MHz

Available reports indicates that HMD global has already scheduled a launch event for August 16 in UK where it is expected to announce the flagship Nokia 8,  so announcing the Nokia 3310 3G variant may not a bad idea .
