- Close your Instagram
- Open your iPhone Settings. This is the grey gear icon that is found on your Home Screen.
- Scroll down and locate Instagram. Once you do, tap on it.
- Under “ALLOW INSTAGRAM TO ACCESS” you’ll find Location among the options available. Once you do, tap on Location.
- Under “ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS” tap on Never.
Once you do this, Instagram will no longer be able to access your location again against having access to your location whenever you are on the app. Once you get to this point, you’d realize that you have successfully learnt how to turn off your location on Instagram using your iPhone device.
