This PlayStation 4 error code means “this update file cannot be used“. This problem usually occurs when the update file cannot be used on your USB device.
When trying to solve this problem, ensure that the downloaded the correct file and you do this from the official page of PlayStation 4 system software by simply clicking the Download Update button at the bottom of the screen. The update file should be around 400MB in size.
But if you wish to perform a complete installation of the system software and not just an update, you can still gain access to it from the official page of the PlayStation 4 system software and select the option “Install the system software again”.
