This PlayStation 4 error code means that the user has logged out of PSN or the data on the hard drive is corrupt.

If you start experiencing any of the error codes beginning with the prefix NW then it means that there is a problem with your internet connection or with its configuration.

This PlayStation 4 error code means the connection has timed out since the wireless connection is unstable.
To fix this error code first, you’d have to turn off your router and turn it back on after 5 minutes then check if the error has been fixed. If the error persists still then you would have to perform an internet connection test to test whether or not you can connect to the Internet. If after performing the test you realize that you still can’t connect then you can try another network to still verify if you can connect to the internet.
Another approach would be to check if the router’s firmware has been updated if it hasn’t been updated then update it and check if the problem has been fixed. If you have tried this approach and it still doesn’t fix the problem then you have to contact your internet service provider and request help.
