If you’ve not yet uninstalled or redownloaded your app, open the app on your device.
Tap the Settings icon at the top-right corner in your app.
Select the “My Account” option. It looks like a human figure.
In the My Account menu, click on the “Change Subscription Plan” button.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Change Subscription Plan page. You would find the “Manage Subscriptions” link. Click on it.
Finally, in the Manage Subscription page, select the subscription you want to cancel, scroll down and tap “Cancel.”
Confirm you are sure of your decision by selecting the “Cancel Subscription” button in the next pop-up. The date when your access will be revoked should be listed here.
You’ll be asked to provide a reason for cancelling your Quibi subscription (or choose to “Decline To Answer”). Tap the circle next to your reasoning and then tap the “Continue” button.
Your Quibi subscription would now be cancelled. Remember, you can continue watching until the end of your 90-day trial if you signed up for Quibi before the end of April 2020, 14-day trial if you signed up after April or the end of the current billing period. Once that day comes, you won’t have to worry about Quibi charging your credit card. However, you’ll be able to resubscribe at any time of your choice.
Also, uninstalling a Quibi app doesn’t cancel your Quibi subscriptions. If you have a running subscription and you try uninstalling the application, at the end of your billing cycle you would get billed. Endeavour to cancel your subscription using the steps above to avoid being billed.
