Qualcomm’s 5G-capable chipset, unveiled at its annual Snapdragon Tech Summit in Hawaii back in 2019 may have just found its way into the first market-ready Smartphone. While ZTE has yet to officially unveiled the ZTE AXON 10s Pro, the device is now listed on ZTE’s official Chinese website. The listing comes with no fanfare, which, perhaps suggests it may not be hitting the shelves soon.
Aside from the flagship 5G ready SD 865 SoC, the ZTE Axon 10s Pro comes with the fast LPDDR5 and UFS 3.0 chips, a boasting RAM-Booster, FS-Booster to improve the read/write performance of RAM and the file system, as well as support for 5G and Wi-Fi 6.
The Axon 10s Pro as per detailed information on ZTE’s official website comes fitted with a 6.47 inches AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a tall aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It gets a water-drop notch for a single selfie camera, while it has an integrated fingerprint reader. On the Flipside, the ZTE Axon 10s Pro gets a triple camera setup comprising of a 48MP sensor, an 8MP telephoto camera, as well as a 20MP ultra wide-angle cam (125°). There is a 20MP selfie camera.
The Axon 10s Pro boasts of a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4+ fast charging technology, gets stereo ultra-linear dual speakers along with DTX X Ultra support, face recognition, and boots MiFavor 10 based on Android 10 out of the box.
ZTE AXON 10s Pro Price, and availability
ZTE has yet to fully detail the Axon 10s Pro pricing and availability, but we’d expect it to cost a bit above the Axon 10 Pro which currently starts at about CNY 3,200 ($460).
