Since its launch back in 2018, the Pocophone F1 has yet to get a true successor, even though there have been rumors of an imminent launch of the Pocophone F2. We did get some sort of official confirmation back in December 2019 that suggests the Pocophone F2 will be launching sometime in 2020. There is still no definite date when the device will be launching, but we spotted a trademark application for a device named Poco F2 earlier this month.
While that isn’t a guarantee that the Pocophone F2 will see the daylight soon, a new Pocophone dubbed the PocoX2 has surfaced on the popular Geekbench database. Still, that doesn’t guarantee the existence of the device, given that a fake Poco F1 Lite had earlier made it to the Geekbench database.
Speaking of the Poco X2, the Geekbench listing suggests the device will be powered by a Qualcomm processor that has a base frequency of 1.80GHz. The SoC is coupled of 8 GB of RAM. We are not certain what the Chipset is as the listing only referenced the ‘phoenix’ in the motherboard field.
Of course, the Poco F2 if indeed it exists will boot Android 10, perhaps, wit the MIUI 11 out of the box, while the performance field returned 547 points and 1767 in the single, and multi-core test field respectively.
