The Redmi K30 series is set to go official in a few days from now, and no wondering why there has been some influx of leaks, and teasers in the past few days. Earlier in November, we saw some official posters that reveal a Redmi K30 with a dual selfie camera punch hole in the top right corner of its display, and now we have a clear view of what it looks like from the rearview.
As per a new product teaser that features Actor Wang Yibo, the Redmi K30 features a quad camera setup arranged on a vertical camera hump. The camera setup is arranged in a decorative circle which appears to be flat with the back.
While we do not have the quad-camera details, reports have it that the device will get a 64MP main shooter with a 12MP ultra-wide, 8MP telephoto camera and a depth sensor. Although the model on the promo poster reveals a quad-camera setup, reports are rife that a variant with a triple camera setup is also in the offing. Perhaps, the Quad-camera model will launch as the Redmi K30 Pro, while the one with a triple camera array will land as the standard K30.
Aside from the camera setup, a 5G logo is also visible from the teaser poster, and that confirms this is the 5G capable Redmi K30. There are reports too, that Xiaomi could also release a 4G model for different markets, perhaps, for regions where 5G connectivity has yet to launch.
