Huawei’s sub-brand Honor unveiled the Honor V30, and Honor V30 Pro smartphones earlier today, and along that comes a new Honor watch, and the sequel to last year’s Honor Watch – the Honor Magic Watch 2. The watch comes with a major update over last year’s Honor Watch.
The new watch is made entirely from stainless steel and is available in two sizes – a 42mm and 46mm model. The 46mm casing features a 1.39-inch circular AMOLED display, while the 42mm casing features a smaller 1.2-inch circular AMOLED display.
Also, the larger variant gets a larger battery which the maker says can deliver up to 14 days of use with everything enabled, while the variant with 42mm case can only boast of up to seven-day battery life with everything enabled.
In either case, the Honor Watch is powered by the same Kirin A1 chipset as the Huawei Watch GT 2 with 4GB of storage, 2GB of which can be used to store around 500 songs you can listen to during exercise. It has a 5 ATM water-resistance rating of up to 50 meters, GPS, 15 fitness modes, and a virtual pace-setter to help you stay in pace with your target time. It also monitors your heart rate, sleep schedules, and stress.
