90Hz display refresh rate is one of the trending features so far in 2019, as loads of brands are now offering the feature at affordable price points. OnePlus already promised to make that a standard for its upcoming devices and could be offered in a Realme phone pretty soon. Xu Qi Chase, the Chief Marketing Officer at Realme, and the brand’s chief product officer earlier this week teased the imminent arrival of the Realme X2 Pro featuring the SD 855+, and a 90Hz refresh display.
Mere hours after we first got the hints from the two Realme Exec, the brand has now officially revealed that the device could be arriving soon. Realme has an event for October 4th where it will take the wrap off the Realme X2 Pro. Interestingly, the Realme X2 Pro isn’t launching first in China, but in Europe.
Realme X2 Pro details
The X2 Pro launch event is set to hold on October 4th in the European market, first in Spain, perhaps before heading to China. Ahead of the special October 4th unveil, Realme will be revealing its specs every day the event proper.
In addition to the Snapdragon 855 Plus, and a 90Hz display, the brand has so far confirmed that the device will get a 64MP quad rear cameras similar to the Realme X2. However, it will ditch the macro lens with a telephoto lens that will offer 20x hybrid zoom.
