Chinese smartphone maker Oneplus is expected to officially reveal its 7T variant smartphone in the coming days. The firm has confirmed the launch date for September 26th in India, and what is more, there will be a Oneplus 7T, OnePlus 7TPro, and the souped-up McLaren Edition.
The firm itself revealed some official images of the Vanilla Oneplus 7T variant just yesterday, followed by some official-looking renders that show off the premium 7T Pro, and now, the Oneplus 7T with the HD1903 has popped-up on the Geekbench V5 database with some stellar performance.
With 8GB of RAM and the Snapdragon 855+ SoC at the helm, the Oneplus 7T floors the most premium of the Oneplus 7 series – the Oneplus 7 Pro. The upcoming Oneplus 7T outperforms the Oneplus 7 Pro which perhaps, explains why American carriers won’t be getting the 7T Pro, given that the differences between it and the 7 Pro are quite insignificant. The Vanilla 7T takes the place of the Oneplus 7 Pro in the market, as the former even outperforms the 7 Pro.
Besides the Matte frosted glass design with an intriguing circular camera setup at the back, Oneplus has also confirmed the device will retain the 90 Hz display with 2K resolution and an OLED panel with a built-in fingerprint scanner underneath.
