OPPO spin-off brand Realme is having a swell time in the Indian and its home market. The brand which adopted Indian as its home market has been on a launching spree since it came into existence, and it isn’t showing any sign of slowing down any soon. Fresh off the arrival of the Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro, the brand earlier this week showcased its first 64MP camera smartphone – the Realme XT, and now, we hear of the imminent arrival of the Realme Q.
The brand has arranged a special event for September 5th in China for the launch of the Realme Q -a completely new Series of Realme smartphones. While we do not have all the luxury of info regarding the Realme Q, speculations have it that the series might be the China-exclusive versions of the Realme 5 series. Rumors also have it that the series might be the first to run on Google Android 10 when it becomes available later this year.
Other than the aforementioned, indications are that the Realme XT will make its official debut on the said date, and not on September 4th as previously rumored. The Realme XT, though has a striking resemblance with the Realme 5 series, the device will land as Realme’s first smartphone with 64MP camera. The Redmi Note 8 Pro which launches on August 29 is set to be the World’s first 64MP smartphone. Both devices from the two brands are said to come with a Quad-camera setup.
