Both Meizu pro 7 and Meizu Pro 7 Plus hot a 1.9-inch secondary Super AMOLED 307 PPI display , but unlike the LG V series and a couple of other phones with secondary display , the Meizu pro7 and Meizu pro 7 plus have theirs situated at the rear .
The Secondary display of both devices perform similar functions like of others by displaying info such as weather, time and notifications. The Neizu PRO 7 and Meizu Pro 7 plus secondary display also serves as a screen for taking selfies with the phones’ rear-facing cameras.
Also worthy of mention is the fact that both Meizu Pro 7 and Meizu Pro 7 plus have dual camera setup – a 12-megapixel dual rear cameras with monochrome and color sensors offering portrait images with background blur along with a 16-megapixel front camera.
Screen and dual camera aside , everything else about the Meizu pro 7 and Meizu Pro 7plus screams premium .Spotting a a unibody metal design , the Meizu pro 7 offers a compact 5.2-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage with Mediatek Helio P25 processor beneath, while the Meizu Pro 7 plus takes things a bit higher, offering a 5.7-inch QHD display, 6GB of RAM, a Helio P30 processor, with a choice of 64GB or 128GB of storage.
Powering the Meizu Pro 7 is a 3000mAh battery, while the Pro 7 Plus offers a slightly larger 3500mAh battery. Both phones support Meizu’s mCharge technology for faster charging .
The Meizu Pro 7 and Pro 7 plus will go on sale in mainland China from August 5th at about $430 and $530 respectively .They are both available in Black, Silver, Gold and Red colors
